What can i do if someone admitted to hacking my myspace and reading my personal messages?

My husbands ex wife admited hackiing in my myspace and myspace im and read my perosnal messages and i copied them so i could prove who did this what can i do can i report them to myspace and report them to the police?
report them to myspace with whatever evidence you have.
there is nothing that the police can do unless whatever she did caused some sort of physical harm or distress in your real life. if all she did was delete some pics, or mess up your page or talk trash i mean really there is nothing that can be done plus you need to have a better email and login security, it must be too easy to figure out if she guessed it.

Change your password and contact myspace to report her. She didn’t break any laws though. Your myspace communications are not under any legal protection. If you are a really worried about it, you should shut down your account completely and use a more secure method of communication.
