Myspace customizer experts- is there a way to add your own header image?

My organization is making a myspace but we can’t seem to add our own header image with CSS (and cover that ugly blue Myspace ad part at the top). Is it possible to add your own header, or are we missing a step?

you can make your own page with your own header on top, and bottom. If you want to get more technical than that, you might need more help than just a webpage, more like software.
