They might have blocked it but I recommend you use a web proxy. A proxy is a site which allows you to browse the blocked sites. A good proxy that I know is Unisurfer.info (http://www.unisurfer.info).

I recommend you use it.

well you need brand new proxy site almost every day or every couple hours and this site usualy lists all the brand new proxy sites if this helps
